Lumiere Networks is committed to providing reliable, secure, and high-performance services to all of our customers. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using our services. By using our network, infrastructure, or related services, you agree to the terms below.

2. Anti-DDoS Policy

We deploy DDoS mitigation systems to protect our infrastructure and clients. However, accounts that repeatedly become attack vectors or attract abnormal volumes of traffic may be suspended or terminated at our discretion. We do not tolerate using our services to provoke or amplify DDoS incidents.


3. Security & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their own services. This includes securing applications, updating systems, managing user credentials, and monitoring for abuse or compromise. We may take protective actions including rate-limiting or traffic filtering when threats are detected.


4. Enforcement & Termination

Violations of this policy may result in service suspension or permanent account termination, with or without prior notice. Lumiere Networks reserves the right to investigate any activity that appears to breach this AUP and cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate.
