In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Lumiere Networks may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to take this action at our sole discretion and without notice.

5. Disclaimer

Lumiere Networks operates as a proxy platform and CDN service provider. We do not host or control the content of third-party VPNs or websites using our infrastructure. However, we will act upon valid DMCA takedown notices directed at content accessible through our network or systems, where applicable.
