Lumiere Networks, operated by SAMSA Nicaragua, respects the rights of copyright holders and acts upon legitimate infringement notices in compliance with European law.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly review the request and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the reported material. Lumiere Networks acts as a technical intermediary and will comply with its obligations under Articles 14 and 15 of the E-Commerce Directive.
We may notify the user responsible for the content and give them the opportunity to respond or file a counter-notice, as per fair process requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate users who engage in repeated or egregious copyright violations across our infrastructure.
Lumiere Networks provides neutral technical services including hosting, proxy routing, and content delivery optimization. We do not monitor hosted or transmitted content proactively, in accordance with Article 15 of Directive 2000/31/EC (E-Commerce Directive). However, we respond appropriately to specific, lawful notifications of infringement.
