Lumiere Networks also offers hosting services, including but not limited to shared, VPS, and dedicated servers. We do not operate, control, or manage any VPN services directly. We do not monitor, log, or control user activity and accept no liability for how users choose to utilize their VPN connection.
The use of our services is entirely at your own risk. Lumiere Networks disclaims all responsibility for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities conducted via connected VPN or hosting services.
You agree that Lumiere Networks (a service of SAMSA Nicaragua) shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, legal claims, or third-party consequences resulting from your use or misuse of any VPN or hosting service accessed through our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
We do not collect or store logs of user activity. However, we may collect anonymized diagnostic data to maintain and improve the performance and reliability of our platform.
Lumiere Networks guarantees a 99.99% uptime for hosting and Reverse Network Upstream infrastructure services, excluding force majeure events such as natural disasters, power grid failure, or upstream provider outages. If service downtime exceeds this SLA in any given billing cycle, affected customers are entitled to a full (100%) refund for that period.
Please note that our WordPress hosting packages do not include plugin updates or maintenance unless specifically negotiated and documented prior to service activation.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion if you are found to violate these Terms or applicable laws. No refund will be issued in the case of termination for breach.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Nicaragua. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Nicaraguan courts.
